May 2024- the pigs dine on fresh radish, rye, and clover greens daily picked by hand from the neighboring pen that is currently in cover crop rotation. Our rotation program allows the soil to build, the wildlife to flourish, and is a source of excellent nutrition for the pigs.

May 2024- Tyler planted this cover crop in March in one of the rotational pig pens. You can see it’s growth is impressive with no added fertilizer needed due to the rotation of pigs into the pen. Regenerative agriculture at it’s finest! The pigs feed the soil and the soil grows food to feed the pigs which also provides the perfect habitat for wildlife such as butterflies, pollinators of all kinds, and birds.
Our Roosters make themselves at home amongst the pigs.
Our Larg Ear Blacks are the most friendly hogs we’ve raised.
